Senior IFS Consultant (System Owner/Stream Lead)

We are looking for a Senior System Owner/Stream Lead to our client. 

Start: 4th of May

Length: 31st of January 2027 with possible extension

Location: Must be on-site in Uppsala at least 2-3 days per week 

1. Description of role/assignment:

Collects requirements from the business and users to ensure that the upgrade meets business needs. Take responsibility for ensuring that the technical parts are managed and implemented and prioritized so that the work follows the project schedule

2. Details about the team the consultant will work with:

The consultant will be a part of the Finance & HR IT team. A team with system devlopers, system owners and application specialist. The team is responsible for our client’s financial and HR systems in an IT perspective.

3. Information of platforms/tools the consultant will work with:

Our client’s ERP system IFS, Jira, Confluence etc.

4. Key Responsibilities of the consultant

Daily coordination, progress and prioritization within ERP

Upgrade project, ensuring tasks are completed according to plan

Participates in the execution of implementation activities

Point of contact for routine questions, clarifications and minor risks or issues

Escalates significant challenges or resource constraints to the process owner as needed.

Responsible for the project's budget and to some extent the timeplan

Required skills of the consultant

Extensive experience with IFS Application 10 and/or IFS Cloud. Primarily technical experience but if possible also experience with the Finance, Procurement and Project modules

Above all, good collaboration skills, the courage to speak up and flag things up. The ERP team is located in Uppsala and most of the Finance resources are also located in Uppsala, so it is important to be present in the office a few days a week.
