Senior Generative AI & Agentic Systems Engineer

Introduction & Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Generative AI & Agentic Systems Engineer. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in programming, cloud computing, and machine learning. They will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing LLM-powered applications and agentic systems, ensuring the seamless integration of advanced AI technologies in various workflows.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design & build LLM-powered applications and agentic systems.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) at scale.
• Agent orchestration & tool integration.
• Establish LLMOps & CI/CD for prompts and agents.
• Ensure safety, security & governance by design.
• Optimize inference performance & cost.
• Automated testing & evaluation.
• Data engineering for GenAI.
• Ensure observability & reliability.
• Research → production: Evaluate and integrate new models.
• Documentation & collaboration.

Key Requirements:

• BSc/MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years building cloud-based ML/AI systems in production.
• 8+ years hands-on Python for AI/ML.
• 3+ years shipping LLM or GenAI applications.
• Experience with agent frameworks and tool integration.
• Familiarity with cloud GenAI stacks.
• Strong collaborator with product mindset.
• Practical experience in safety policies and compliance design.

Nice to Have:

• Experience building copilots or enterprise assistants.
• Familiarity with routing/mixture-of-models.
• Proficiency in BI tools for operational analytics.
• Prior work in multilingual or safety-critical domains.
