Senior Functional Consultant – Dynamics 365 CE (Sales)

Summary

The primary goal of this role is to rapidly develop and enhance the CRM system for personal advisers, by leveraging strong hands-on technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and supporting cross-functional collaboration.

Main Responsibilities

• Design and configure D365 Sales, including managing activities, leads, opportunities, product catalogues, pipeline forecasting, and goal tracking.

• Configure Sales modules such as SLAs, knowledge management, and entitlements.

• Create solution designs, functional specifications, business process flows, and configuration documentation.

• Create data mapping, consent management, and analytics requirements.

• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions and integrations with marketing platforms and other systems.

• Provide user training, UAT support, and change management guidance.

• Identify and implement insight-driven actions across Sales and Service touchpoints.

• Align D365 CE capabilities with Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and Azure services.

• Utilize Power Automate to optimize processes and integrate data flows.

• Participate in governance and quality assurance across project phases.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years delivering Dynamics 365 CE solutions.

• Strong understanding of core CRM concepts (business process flows, security roles, user adoption, data strategy).

• Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).

• Ability to lead workshops, prepare high-quality documentation, and support project delivery.

• Excellent communication skills in English and a consultative approach to stakeholder engagement.

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CE with third-party systems (ERP, marketing automation, call centre platforms).

• Familiarity with AI features in D365 (Sales Insights, Copilot, conversation intelligence).

• Understanding of Dataverse, Azure Logic Apps, or Power BI for reporting.

• Previous experience in financial services or retail banking sectors.

• Certifications Preferred: Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate, Power Platform Functional Architect.
