Senior Frontend Developer (React/Next.js)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Developer with React/Next.js to join our team. If you have around 5-7 years of experience in UI development and are eager to work with modern web technologies, we’d love to hear from you!

About the Role

You will be working on Fabric, our digital publishing platform that serves over 60 million unique users per month. We focus on delivering high-quality content while ensuring best practices in accessibility, performance, and SEO. Our frontend stack consists of React, Next.js, and Storybook, integrating with API services and a WordPress CMS.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and support our digital products in line with business and technology objectives.
• Work with both current and legacy technical ecosystems.
• Develop and test user-facing features across multiple browsers, platforms, and devices.
• Build reusable components and libraries for future use.
• Optimize pages, code, and assets for maximum speed and scalability.
• Utilize testing frameworks to ensure proper test coverage.
• Collaborate with team members and Product Managers to plan new functionalities and major enhancements.
• Contribute to technical documentation when necessary.

Requirements (Must-Have Skills)

• React, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+)
• HTML, CSS/SASS
• Strong knowledge of web standards, accessibility, and performance
• Experience with build tools such as Webpack
• Unit testing experience
• Git and NPM/Yarn to manage work and dependencies
• Strong communication skills and initiative

Nice to have:

• PHP / WordPress
• Node.js
• CSS methodologies (e.g., B.E.M.)
• AWS / Docker / Jenkins (general knowledge of other cloud platforms is acceptable)
