Senior Enterprise / Solution Architect (Consultant)

Summary: The Senior Enterprise / Solution Architect is focused on driving architectural initiatives to create scalable, secure, and efficient solutions aligned with the business strategy. This role serves as a critical link between IT and business, ensuring successful implementation of data platforms and cloud architecture.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and implement enterprise and solution architecture aligned with business strategy.
• Define architecture roadmaps and solution strategies.
• Manage and engage stakeholders across business and IT.
• Provide technical leadership in large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Design and implement cloud architecture and Big Data solutions.
• Build and optimize cloud-based data lakes.
• Lead system integration efforts and API/microservices architecture design.
• Establish and enforce data governance, data quality, MDM, and data security frameworks.
• Plan and execute data migration and data integration initiatives.
• Drive cost optimization and performance improvements.
• Ensure compliance, security, and risk mitigation.
• Support Agile and DevOps delivery models.
• Produce clear architecture documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Design for high availability and disaster recovery.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect in complex, global environments.
• Strong expertise in cloud technologies and Big Data platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing data lakes on cloud platforms.
• Experience with full-stack architecture across industries such as BFSI, Telecommunications, Automotive, Retail, and Manufacturing.
• Deep expertise in data management frameworks: Data Migration, Data Integration, Data Governance, Data Quality, Master Data Management (MDM), Data Security.
• Hands-on experience with designing scalable and secure data architectures, AI and Machine Learning integration, Containerization, and cloud-native technologies.
• Proven track record in establishing Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and Proofs of Concept (PoCs), driving digital transformation, improving system performance, and managing data migration projects.
• Experience with international system launches and transitions.
• Experience transferring applications to offshore teams for support and maintenance.
• Experience working as an onsite lead coordinating with offshore teams.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI and Machine Learning tools.
• Familiarity with international compliance and security standards.
