Summary

The Senior Data Architect is responsible for defining, developing, and institutionalising the bank’s Common Information Model (CIM) to ensure enterprise data interoperability.

Main Responsibilities:

The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the bank’s data architecture.

• Define and develop the Bank’s Common Information Model (CIM).

• Perform Source-to-CIM and CIM-to-Consumer Mapping.

• Standardise integration and microservices on the CIM.

• Document all data architecture artefacts in Abacus and Erwin.

• Ensure regulatory alignment and architecture compliance.

• Conduct knowledge transfer and institutional adoption.

Key Requirements:

• 8–12 years in Data Architecture or related roles.

• Expert-level proficiency in data modelling.

• Experience with Erwin and Abacus tools.

• Strong proficiency in enterprise architecture.

• Demonstrated experience building CIMs and canonical models.

Nice to Have:

• Background in BIAN BOM, FSDF, EDM, or similar.

• Experience mapping core banking systems.

• Understanding of data platform architectures like ODS and DWH.
