About This Role
As a Senior Analytics Enabler Engineer, you will join the Data & Analytics Enablement team, where your main goal will be to define, develop, maintain, and govern data and analytics products that support all Data teams’ operations, including Data Science, Data Analytics/BI, and Data Engineering.
Your mission is to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of these teams by ensuring the right level of automation, scalability, and quality assurance. You will play a pivotal role in the foundational aspects like data platforms, ETL processes, reporting, and automation, as well as operational elements such as best practices and governance, essential for sustainable analytics delivery.
Your initial focus will include the implementation of the company’s Metrics Framework — aligned with the V2MOM Measures initiative — to maintain consistent, reliable, and actionable performance and success metrics across the organization. Collaboration with various Data teams will be vital for this role.
This strategic and technical position necessitates a combination of analytics expertise and a governance-focused operational mindset. You will operate at the intersection of technology and analytics development, partnering closely with Data Managers and Program Managers to deliver trusted and scalable analytics solutions that empower business decision-making.
What You Will Lead/Do or Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain shared data and analytics solutions — including data models, pipelines, reporting layers, automation, and reusable components that enable scalable analytics delivery.
Lead the implementation, governance, and evolution of strategic Metrics Frameworks, ensuring business metrics are consistent and aligned with organizational goals.
Define and enforce best practices for analytics development, promoting efficiency and analytics rigor.
Drive operational excellence across data teams through process standardization and proactive monitoring of data quality.
Promote adoption of DataOps and AnalyticsOps methodologies for better collaboration and delivery efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Act as a technical and governance reference for analytics operations to foster a strong data culture.
Qualifications / What You Need To Succeed
Bachelor or Master's Degree in Data Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, or BI roles with strong exposure to governance or enablement.
Proven business-driven perspective in Data analytics.
Experience with SQL, dimensional data modeling, and ETL/data pipeline development.
Proficiency in BI and visualization tools (Power BI preferred).
Hands-on experience with data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure).
Experience leading the implementation of metrics frameworks (e.g., V2MOM, OKRs).
Solid understanding of DataOps and AnalyticsOps principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to translate operational needs into sustainable technical solutions.
A resilient, persistent attitude — capable of leading by example and influencing through credibility.
Experience managing influence across data teams.
Fluent in English, written and spoken.
Plus:
Experience implementing DataOps and MLOps practices.
Knowledge of data governance frameworks.
Proven contribution to Self-Service Analytics initiatives.
Familiarity with metrics frameworks (e.g., OKRs).
Hands-on experience with Python for automation.
