Senior Business Analyst
Client Reporting Delivery – ADNIC (TPA Model)
Allianz Partners is onboarding ADNIC (UAE) as a new client under a Third Party Administrator (TPA) operating model. The Senior Business Analyst will ensure that reporting requirements are precisely defined, technically viable, and suitable for implementation within a multi-system TPA environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Convert high-level client report definitions into detailed specifications.
- Ensure traceability from requirement to data source.
- Define calculation logic and acceptance criteria.
- Reduce delivery risk through structured analysis and early identification of data gaps.
- Collaborate effectively across Product Owner, Architecture, and BI teams.
Key Requirements:
- 6+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT or enterprise environments.
- Proven experience specifying enterprise reporting solutions end-to-end.
- Strong source-to-target data mapping capability at field level.
- Experience defining calculation logic, aggregations, and business rules.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Clear communication and structured documentation skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in insurance or financial services.
- Experience in health insurance or claims environments.
- Experience working within or alongside a TPA operating model.
- Exposure to integration-heavy or multi-system environments.
Other Details:
The Senior Business Analyst role focuses on delivering a suite of reports to ADNIC over a 12-month period. Candidates will work in a challenging multi-stakeholder, multi-system environment, with a strong emphasis on clarity, precision, and delivery confidence.
