The role is within the banking sector - Client Services IT area, which is part of the Wholesale Technology division providing IT solutions to support client’s onboarding, KYC and maintenance processes.

We are seeking a highly effective, client-focused Business Analyst with experience in managing delivery, requirements gathering, and testing.

Your Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business SMEs to elicit and define business requirements, translating them into agile user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

• Perform business requirements gathering using various techniques and support requirement refinement utilizing Agile methodologies.

• Present business requirements, proposed solutions, and acceptance criteria to the Product Owner for review, supporting the development team with query resolution.

• Collaborate with IT teams to refine solution designs/user stories and communicate back to business stakeholders.

• Test delivered IT components and work with the development team to resolve identified defects.

• Prepare materials for senior stakeholder forums and present as required.

• Contribute to training content to support users' readiness.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience - full life cycle Business Analysis experience from requirements definition through to implementation within a business-facing IT environment.

• Hands-on experience working in an Agile environment (specifically Kanban framework).

• Requirement engineering for complex projects.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills, able to engage effectively with business users and IT development teams across various seniority levels.

• Ability to manage conflicting business requirements and project scope.

• Ability to escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to Project Management.

• A delivery-oriented approach to both individually assigned tasks and projects.

• Proficient in tools such as Confluence and JIRA.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in training and user readiness facilitation.

• Familiarity with additional Agile frameworks besides Kanban.
