Senior Business Analyst

Due to continued growth, we are hiring a Senior Business Analyst to join our client in Dublin, and work as part of one of our Agile teams, delivering projects using the Agile Project Management methodology.

We are looking for someone with:

·       Experience of working on large complex projects

·       Experience of working on multiple projects simultaneously

·       Experience of working on Public Procurements initiatives

·       Experience of working in the Public and/or Financial sector

·       Experience of working with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies

The candidate will work on one or more projects/teams that are at various stages in their lifecycle and will be required to produce the following deliverables:

·       High Level and Detailed Requirements Documents covering both functional and non-functional requirements

·       User Stories and supporting material

·       Process flow diagrams of As-Is and To-Be processes

·       Requirements Traceability Matrices

Requirements:

·       7+ years of recent Business Analysis experience

·       A diploma/degree qualification with accreditation from a relevant professional body (e.g. BCS / CABA being desirable)

·       Have a broad experience of business analysis techniques particularly requirements elicitation and management, and business process analysis and modelling Experience of AzDo or a similar agile requirements management tool is preferable

·       Have extensive experience in facilitating workshops, with multiple diverse participants including experience with running virtual and hybrid workshops

·       Have extensive experience of stakeholder management, including managing challenging stakeholders

·       Have experience in producing concise and accurate specifications of business needs using both Waterfall and Agile Methodologies

·       Have excellent interpersonal skills, be comfortable working within a team environment, demonstrate the ability to work on own initiative and demonstrate the ability to identify potential project roadblocks

Opportunity type: Initial 6-month contract (with extension), Hybrid in Dublin
