Senior Automation Tester

PROJECT INFORMATION:

• Industry: Banking

• Location: Hybrid - Warsaw or Gdańsk: 2-3 days in the office

• Assignment type: B2B 

• Rate: ~140 pln/h

Summary: This role focuses on implementing automated test cases and enhancing testing frameworks to ensure software quality within the Agile environment.

Responsibilities:

• Automated test cases implementation along with framework improvements.

• Gathering and managing necessary test data for testing processes.

• Monitoring, debugging, and documenting test results.

• Proactively increasing test coverage across applications.

Must Haves:

• 3+ years experience in developing and maintaining test automation solutions.

• Knowledge of Selenium and REST Assured frameworks.

• Proficiency in JAVA coding.

• Skills in data manipulation using various formats such as XML, CSV, JSON.

• Experience preparing SQL queries.

• Understanding of testing standards.

• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).

• Experience with source code control tools (e.g., GIT) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins).

• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Knowledge of SAFe and Agile methodologies.

• Attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in financial services or banking sector.

• Familiarity with additional scripting languages.

• Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB).
