Introduction & Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Software Engineer to join our newly established team, Syensq0o.ai. This role is essential in driving the transformation through AI and Generative AI technologies, fostering a culture of agility and cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in software engineering and possess strong capabilities in workflow orchestration, specifically using Apache Airflow and Microsoft Fabric Data Factory pipelines. Main Responsibilities:

As a Senior AI Software Engineer, your core duties will include:

• Leading the implementation of AI solutions within the organization.
• Developing and maintaining efficient workflow orchestration using Apache Airflow and Microsoft Fabric.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and best practices.
• Driving innovation in AI product development and deployment processes.
• Contributing to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Expertise in workflow orchestration using Apache Airflow and Microsoft Fabric Data Factory.
• Proven track record in AI product development.
• Proficiency in Python with knowledge in Java, Scala, and C#.
• Familiarity with microservices and graphQL.
• Experience with DevOps, ADO pipelines, and Docker.
• Strong understanding of MLOps and AIOps processes.
• Knowledge in data management and structures, including JSON schema and Avro.
• Experience with cloud services providers such as Azure, GCP, or AWS.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, specifically SCRUM.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Creativity and passion for innovation.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of distributed architectures and Akka concepts.
• Experience with NLP projects and standard software methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA or Trello.
• Cloud certifications (preferred).
