Summary: The role of the Case Manager is crucial for ensuring that significant security deficiencies identified during Offensive Security Tests and Operational Security efforts are addressed effectively and in a timely manner. This position functions similarly to a project manager, coordinating investigations and remediation efforts within the context of the organization's risk framework.
Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate investigations into security deficiencies.
Assess and treat security deficiencies and associated risks.
Work with an assigned co-pilot to manage multiple cases.
Align remediation efforts with the bank's risk appetite.
Key Requirements:
3 - 5 years of professional experience in a related field.
Practical experience with IT Infrastructure and Cyber Security.
Experience in IT Risk Management.
Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, and ISO/IEC 27001.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Advanced communication skills.
Strong presentation skills.
A learning mindset and positive attitude.
Ownership skills and ability to drive responsibilities.
Good level of spoken and written English.
Nice to Have:
Security certifications such as CISM, CISSP, OSCP, CEH, or CREST.
