Scrum Master

💰Rate: up to 34 EUR/h on B2B.

⏳Project length: 12 months + extensions.

The primary goal of this role is to facilitate and oversee the Scrum processes within a team, ensuring efficient delivery of value in alignment with ART (Agile Release Train) objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain constant flow of deliverables which add value to the ART Objectives.
• Promote a learning culture within the team.
• Act as a servant leader, aiding team collaboration and performance.
• Manage team progress and metrics effectively.
• Assist in problem-solving to eliminate impediments faced by the team.

Key Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Solid understanding of data management and/or Business Intelligence (BI) is a large plus.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in promoting a learning culture.
• Strong leadership skills demonstrating servant leadership.
