Scrum Master (Open Banking area)

Project information:

• Area: banking

• B2B: up to 170 zł/h (depend on experience)

• Start: ASAP/to determinate

• Location: Gdańsk or Gdynia (2 days per week in the office)

Main Responsibilities

As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in guiding one or two teams through the Agile process within a SAFe framework. Your core duties will include:

• Serve as a Scrum Master for one or two teams within a SAFe setup.

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Support and coach teams on Agile methodologies, ensuring adherence to SAFe principles.

• Help manage dependencies and resolve impediments to enhance team performance.

• Foster an environment of continuous improvement and high morale among team members.

Key Requirements

• Min. 5 years of experience as Scrum Master.

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

• Fluency in spoken and written English and Polish.

• Strong understanding of SAFe and Agile principles.

• Experience working with distributed global teams.

• Technical background in software development processes.

• Analytical skills to manage complex issues.

• Strong dependency management skills.

• Experience in finance or banking domains especially in open banking.

• Ability to provide constructive feedback.

• Strong networking skills and collaboration expertise.

• Ability to maintain a broad overview while paying attention to details.
