Introduction & Summary

We are at the forefront of an exciting Agile transformation as we embark on our journey towards full SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) implementation. As we continue to evolve and embrace change, we are looking for Scrum Masters to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to shape our teams, foster an Agile mindset, and coach on Lean Thinking principles, preparing our teams for greater agility and collaboration.

Main Responsibilities

As a Scrum Master, you will act as a servant leader for Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Agile practices through various Scrum ceremonies. You are expected to:

• Act as a servant leader for one or more Agile teams, guiding them through the Scrum process while promoting an Agile mindset.
• Coach teams on the values and principles of Agile and Lean, helping them continuously improve in delivering value.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives), ensuring active participation and adherence to Agile practices.
• Support the teams in identifying and removing impediments that are blocking progress.
• Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a clear and prioritized backlog and support efficient flow of work.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts by fostering a culture of learning and adaptation.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, and stakeholders to improve Agile practices across the organization.

Key Requirements

• Experience coaching teams in Agile practices and Lean Thinking principles.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) required; additional certifications such as SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) are a plus.
• Proactive and adaptive mindset, able to embrace change and drive the organization’s Agile transformation journey.
• Scaled Agile Framework - Expert.
• CSM - Confirmed.
• Agile Methodologies - Confirmed.
