SAS Software Engineer

PROJECT INFORMATION:

Client: Danish IT company

Work model: Hybrid from Warsaw, Poland - 8 days/month remotely

Help with relocation: YES, after the probation period

FTE: 100%

Project language: English

Business trips: Ocassionally to Denmark

Assignment type: employment contract (umowa o pracę)

Contract length: long-term: 3 months of probation period, then 12 months + extensions

Start: Flexible / accordingly to the candidates’ notice period

Primary tasks and responsibilities include:

• Deliver full SAS AML features (backend and front-end).

• Development and maintenance of the Visual Investigator application.

• Prepare and analyze scenarios and problem-solve to find the best solution for our customers.

• Ensure delivery and compliance with standards.

• Optimize scenarios and algorithms to improve the performance and output of applications.

• Implement good practices and share knowledge within the community of practice.

• Provide 2nd level support for customer requests.

To succeed, you will have:

• 3+ years of experience with SAS.

• Knowledge of GIT repositories.

• Oracle database knowledge and experience.

• Experience working in Agile environments.

• Good English skills, both verbal and written.

It’s nice to have:

• PostgreSQL.

• Knowledge of the SAS AML suite.

• HTML and JavaScript.
