As a pivotal figure within our organization, the SAP SuccessFactors Security Expert will design, implement, and manage SAP SuccessFactors security roles, profiles, and permissions. This role requires a strong understanding of HR processes as they integrate with SAP SuccessFactors security, alongside a proven track record in ensuring data protection and compliance with regulatory standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage SAP SuccessFactors security roles, profiles, and permissions.
• Perform regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with security policies.
• Collaborate with HR and IT to enforce role-based access controls (RBAC).
• Ensure data protection within modules, aligning with global compliance standards.
• Provide expert advice on security best practices.
• Manage system upgrades and patches without disrupting configurations.
• Support regional implementation and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors.
• Lead projects to enhance system security and performance.
• Be available on-call to handle major issues.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors security experience; 5 years at a senior level.
• Extensive experience with SuccessFactors security configurations.
• Strong understanding of HR processes related to SAP security.
• Proven ability to work internationally with cross-functional teams.
• In-depth knowledge of data privacy laws (GDPR, SOX, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Nice to Have:

• SAP SuccessFactors certification (Security or similar).
• Experience with other SAP modules or HRIS platforms.
• Knowledge of system integrations and data migration.

Other Details:

Project location is Pune, India (Hybrid: 3 days in office) with a duration of 12 months. Working hours will primarily align with the CET timezone.
