SAP SuccessFactors Security Expert

Summary:

The main function of the SAP SuccessFactors Security Expert is to design and manage security configurations within the SAP SuccessFactors environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage SAP SuccessFactors security roles, profiles, and permissions.

• Perform regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with security configurations.

• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to define and enforce role-based access controls (RBAC).

• Ensure data protection and confidentiality within SAP SuccessFactors modules, adhering to compliance standards (GDPR, SOX, etc.).

• Provide expert advice and support regarding security best practices and troubleshooting.

• Manage system upgrades and patches, ensuring no disruption to security configurations.

• Support the implementation and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors globally.

• Lead projects to enhance system security and performance, and conduct user training as necessary.

• Be available on-call on a rotating schedule for major issues outside of working hours, Monday to Friday.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors security, with at least 5 years at a senior level.

• Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors security configurations.

• Strong understanding of HR processes integration with SAP SuccessFactors security.

• In-depth knowledge of data privacy laws and compliance frameworks (GDPR, SOX).

Nice to Have:

• SAP SuccessFactors certification (Security or similar).

• Experience with other SAP modules or HRIS platforms.

• Knowledge of system integrations, data migration, and interface management.

Other Details:

• Location: Primarily CET working hours.

• Availability: On-call rotating schedule.
