Summary
We are looking for a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) & Time Tracking Consultant who will play a crucial role in an ongoing project focused on payroll integration and time management solutions.
Main Responsibilities
As a consultant, you will lead the implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors ECP and time management solutions. Your expertise will ensure smooth operations and compliance with payroll regulations.
Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
Configure and manage Time Tracking / Time Management solutions.
Handle payroll integration between Employee Central and ECP.
Perform system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment support.
Troubleshoot payroll and time-related issues.
Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations and business requirements.
Key Requirements
Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors ECP.
Hands-on experience with Time Tracking / Time Management.
Knowledge of Employee Central integration.
Experience in end-to-end implementation or support projects.
Strong understanding of payroll processes and schemas.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
Experience in UAE / Middle East payroll.
SAP SuccessFactors certifications.
Other Details
This position is based in Dubai, with travel to Abu Dhabi (expenses covered). The contract duration is for 12 months, with an expected start date as soon as possible (within 2 weeks).
