SAP Security & Authorisation Expert RFP-241899-1

Summary: This role is designed to manage and enhance SAP security and identity management systems, ensuring compliance with both regulatory requirements and industry best practices. The SAP Security & Authorization Expert plays a crucial role in safeguarding business processes and data within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage SAP IDM solution for identity management and user provisioning.

• Develop GRC rule sets (SOD), workflows, and approvers for user provisioning/de-provisioning, authentication/authorization/emergency access, and access recertification.

• Conduct SoD analysis and remediation across SAP environments.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as GDPR, SOX, and other industry standards.

• Act as a security subject matter specialist, providing in-depth application support to project team members.

• Design and build SAP Security and GRC solutions.

• Perform maintenance and support of SAP Security & GRC and SAP IDM modules.

• Adhere to a work schedule primarily in CET time zone.

• Be available on-call on a rotating schedule to handle major issues outside of working hours (Mon to Fri).

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience with SAP Security, SAP GRC 10.1 and 12, and SAP IDM.
• Hands-on experience with Segregation of Duties (SoD) compliance including SAP GRC rule set, MSMP, and BRF+ workflow configuration.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD) and associated controls frameworks (e.g., SAP GRC).
• Experience with maintaining GRC risk library, roles and authorizations (R/3/ECC, BW4HANA, S4HANA), and user administration.
