Summary: This role focuses on leading SAP S4HANA implementation projects, specifically in General Ledger (GL) and Controlling (CO) areas, with a goal to improve financial processes and ensure successful system operations for the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

• Creation of a new Template Chart of Account with documentation of GL Account settings, business use cases, and posting logic.

• Customizing the General Ledger Module in S4HANA, including system documentation.

• Implementation of Financial Statement Versions (Template and Local).

• Definition of Controlling processes in S4HANA in collaboration with relevant teams.

• Support in Fit to Standard Workshops and documentation of deltas.

• Configuration of Advanced Financial Closing Cockpit in S4HANA.

• Creation of a Migration concept from current Chart of Account in SAP ECC to the new Chart of Account in SAP S4HANA.

• Testing and validation of financial processes, including the creation of test plans and execution of functional tests.

• Creation of training materials and conducting user training sessions.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in SAP S4HANA implementation projects.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial closing processes.

• Deep understanding of the integration between FI and CO.

• Knowledge and experience in GL and CO processes in SAP.

• Familiarity with GAAP and IFRS standards.

• Expertise in Customizing the Advanced Financial Closing Cockpit and Group Reporting (Consolidation Tool) in S4HANA.

• Proficiency in both English and ideally German.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with parallel accounting and handling multiple currencies.

• Experience with SAP Fiori Apps.
