SAP S/4HANA Programme Change Manager
Introduction & Summary:
The Change Manager will drive the successful adoption of SAP S/4HANA within the organization, focusing on people, processes, and technology. This role involves close collaboration with various organizational facets to ensure effective communication and stakeholder management as part of the overall project management strategy. Key skills required include extensive change management experience, strong stakeholder management abilities, and expertise in SAP/ERP implementations.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee the comprehensive change management strategy.
Conduct change impact analyses and assess organizational readiness.
Create targeted communications for various stakeholders.
Support business continuity planning during SAP conversion.
Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure seamless delivery.
Key Requirements:
Strong experience in change management for large-scale transformations.
10+ years in change management, ideally involving SAP/ERP implementations.
Certifications in change management (ADCAR, Prosci/ACMP).
Prior experience with the organization is advantageous.
Strategic thinking and ability to align change activities with business objectives.
Proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively and build trust.
Strong communication skills for crafting messages and facilitating workshops.
Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and manage risks.
Nice to Have:
Experience with cross-functional team collaborations.
Understanding of business continuity and testing preparations.
Previous engagement in dynamic, multi-geographical programs.
