SAP Operations Reporting Specialist - RFP-255217-1

Summary:
We are looking for a skilled SAP Operations Reporting Specialist to manage and optimize SAP BW/BO/SAC services within the data team. The focus will be on incident management and ensuring system performance and reliability, leveraging expertise in SAP environments.

Client: GCC

Location: Pune

Mode: Hybrid (3 days a week)

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of SAP environments, primarily BW.

• Monitor systems and address incidents and service requests proactively.

• Analyze and resolve operational issues to minimize disruptions to business processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational workflows.

• Maintain documentation of incidents, solutions, and best practices.

• Support system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance activities.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• Experience in SAP BW operations, with additional experience in BO/SAC.

• Strong problem-solving skills and experience with ITSM/ticketing tools.

• Proficient in BMC Helix and/or JIRA for task management and Confluence for documentation.

• Strong knowledge of SAP environments (Hana/ECC, BW, plus BO/SAC).

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with SQL, ABAP, and scripting for data transformations and automation.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with minimal supervision.

• Good knowledge of RUN Service and experience with development.
