SAP MM Analyst -  Business Analyst - Portugal (Hybrid Remote)

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Act as a Business Analyst for SAP MM, gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into functional specifications.

• Design, configure, and support SAP MM processes including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory Management, Vendor Master, and Material Master.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve procurement, warehouse, and logistics processes.

• Work closely with SAP FI, SD, PP, PM, and WM/EWM teams to ensure end-to-end process integration.

• Support SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, or system upgrades.

• Participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops and contribute to solution design decisions.

• Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and test scenarios.

• Support UAT, integration testing, and cutover activities.

• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, data governance, and best practices.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as an SAP MM Analyst / Business Analyst.

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP MM including Procurement, Inventory Management, and Logistics.

• Experience working in SAP S/4HANA environments.

• Solid understanding of integration points with FI (AP), SD, PP, PM, and WM/EWM.

• Experience in business process analysis and requirements management.

• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Fit-to-Standard approach.

• Ability to work with both business and technical teams in an international environment.

• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluent in English.
