SAP Functional Specialist

Summary: The role of the SAP Functional Specialist is pivotal in enhancing business development by leveraging system and business expertise to design future solutions aligned with a global template.

Main Responsibilities:
* Analyzing business requirements and identifying effective solutions.
* Configuring the system and/or writing technical specifications for new functionality.
* Testing, supporting, and maintaining the Record to Report solution.
* Mentoring team members and coordinating with cross-functional and technical teams.

Key Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience in SAP Finance, focusing on Payments, Banking, BCM, Electronic Bank Statements, Cash Management, and Treasury in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.
* Strong knowledge of system design, concepts, principles, and configuration within SAP Finance and Controlling.

Nice to Have:
* Experience with SAP Treasury solutions including MM, FX, Yield Curves, Cash Pool & Sweeps.
* Hands-on knowledge in FICA-Payments.
* Experience in Retail industry – especially SAP FI-CA.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SAFe or similar frameworks).

Other Details:
* Location: Bangalore, with attendance required 3 days per week in Bangalore Hub.
* Language Skills: Fluent in English.
