Introduction & Summary

We are seeking a skilled SAP Functional Specialist with expertise in SAP Business Network for Logistics (BN4L) for a retail client in Stockholm. This role is crucial for the successful implementation and global roll-out of SAP TM and BN4L as part of a larger transition to SAP S4/HANA. The ideal candidate possesses strong configuration, integration, and continuous improvement skills with a background in logistics collaboration and supply chain visibility.

Main Responsibilities

The core responsibilities of this role include:

• Collaborate with service integration partners and stakeholders for effective SAP BN4L roll-out.

• Participate in design workshops for global SAP TM/BN4L templates.

• Work with integration teams for seamless end-to-end flows between SAP TM, ECC/S4 HANA, CPI, and BN4L.

• Act as SAP BN4L design authority, ensuring compliance with global standards.

• Develop and configure local SAP BN4L templates for global implementation.

• Enable carrier and partner configuration/integration into BN4L.

• Execute BN4L testing and contribute to overall SAP TM testing strategies.

• Facilitate hand-over of BN4L implementations from projects to product line organizations.

• Provide operational support and foster continuous improvement.

• Assist in change and release management within the product lifecycle.

Key Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of SAP BN4L capabilities including Freight Collaboration and Material Traceability.

• Strong understanding of SAP logistics modules (TM, ERP, S/4HANA).

• Experience with BN4L integration technologies including APIs and web services.

• Familiarity with SAP CPI/PO and communication technologies.

• Knowledge of carrier process automation and communication flows related to BN4L.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud-based logistics platforms and multi-enterprise collaboration.

• Previous involvement in SAP TM implementation or roll-out.

• Strong stakeholder management capabilities within a global context.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
