The role of the SAP FICO Consultant is to provide comprehensive financial solutions and serve as a strategic advisor on SAP FICO projects. This position balances strategic and hands-on responsibilities, ensuring effective collaboration with various business and technical stakeholders.
- Manage SAP FICO implementations and upgrades, covering GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting.
- Provide end-to-end solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, Logistics) to ensure seamless integration.
- Guide and mentor junior consultants, acting as subject matter expert.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance and best practices.
- Support reporting, analytics, and optimization initiatives to enhance financial processes.
- 8+ years of experience in SAP FICO, with hands-on consultant experience.
- Proven experience in a minimum of 2 end-to-end full lifecycle SAP FICO implementations.
- Availability to start immediately.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and leading teams.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Experience in finance transformation projects in the GCC region.
- Relevant SAP certifications in FICO (preferred).
