SAP Document Reporting & Compliance Expert (Oil & Gas)

Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Document Reporting & Compliance Expert to ensure regulatory compliance and efficient document governance in the Oil & Gas sector, leveraging robust SAP systems to meet local and international standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver regulatory and statutory reporting requirements within SAP environments

• Ensure compliance with local regulations (Oman) and international standards across financial and operational reporting

• Design and implement document management frameworks and compliance controls within SAP

• Support audit requirements, including internal and external audits, ensuring accurate documentation and traceability

• Oversee reporting processes, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and timely submissions

• Integrate compliance requirements into SAP reporting tools and workflows

• Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams to align reporting with business and regulatory needs

• Identify and mitigate compliance risks through system controls and process improvements

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in regulatory reporting and statutory compliance

• Hands-on experience with SAP reporting tools and document management frameworks

• Knowledge of internal controls, audit processes, and compliance standards

• Experience in Oil & Gas industry (preferred)

• Understanding of data governance and reporting accuracy

• Ability to align SAP solutions with regulatory and audit requirements

Nice to Have:

• Experience with document governance systems

• Familiarity with local Oman regulations and international compliance standards

• Certifications in compliance or auditing
