Change Management Lead

we are looking for an experienced SAP Change Management Lead to support a large-scale SAP transformation program in Thailand. The role is critical to ensuring successful change adoption across the organization and driving business readiness throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the change management workstream for an end-to-end SAP implementation.

• Develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and activities to support business transformation.

• Engage with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment, readiness, and adoption.

• Assess organizational impacts and implement mitigation strategies where needed.

• Facilitate communication, training, and change readiness activities.

• Work closely with business and project teams to ensure successful implementation and user adoption.

• Lead and coordinate a team of two external change management resources.

• Act as a trusted advisor to project leadership on change-related matters.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Change Management Lead on end-to-end SAP implementation projects.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and organizational transformation.

• Demonstrated success in driving change adoption and stakeholder engagement in complex environments.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proactive, hands-on, and capable of building strong relationships across all organizational levels.

• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing and coaching team members.

• Experience working in global and cross-functional project environments is an advantage.

Other Details

• Location: Thailand - can work onsite in Bangkok for 3-4 days per week; the rest remote.

• Start Date: As soon as possible

• Duration: Until the end of 2026, with the possibility of extension.

• Workload: Full-time
