we are looking for an experienced SAP Change Management Lead to support a large-scale SAP transformation program in Thailand. The role is critical to ensuring successful change adoption across the organization and driving business readiness throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Main Responsibilities
Lead and drive the change management workstream for an end-to-end SAP implementation.
Develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and activities to support business transformation.
Engage with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment, readiness, and adoption.
Assess organizational impacts and implement mitigation strategies where needed.
Facilitate communication, training, and change readiness activities.
Work closely with business and project teams to ensure successful implementation and user adoption.
Lead and coordinate a team of two external change management resources.
Act as a trusted advisor to project leadership on change-related matters.
Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Change Management Lead on end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and organizational transformation.
Demonstrated success in driving change adoption and stakeholder engagement in complex environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, hands-on, and capable of building strong relationships across all organizational levels.
Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing and coaching team members.
Experience working in global and cross-functional project environments is an advantage.
Other Details
Location: Thailand - can work onsite in Bangkok for 3-4 days per week; the rest remote.
Start Date: As soon as possible
Duration: Until the end of 2026, with the possibility of extension.
Workload: Full-time
