• Review documentation of business processes with external consultants.

Stakeholder Management:

• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders across departments.

• Gather requirements and address feedback from stakeholders throughout the ERP transformation.

• Provide updates on stakeholder engagement status to management.

Change Management:

• Support change management by assessing impacts on workforce roles.
