Summary: The SAP Accounts Payable Specialist plays a vital role in enhancing procurement processes through technology, focusing on optimizing SAP applications and supporting business continuity to drive organizational transformation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support current SAP Account Payable applications, including SAP FI-AP and Readsoft.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues experienced by end-users.
- Maintain up-to-date technical and user documentation.
- Coordinate tasks with managed services providers to ensure consistent business support.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the functionality and performance of existing applications.
- Run projects from preparation to delivery, contributing to deployment activities.
- Design and build IS solutions based on collected functional requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP SRM7 MM / FI-AP configuration and support in ERP 6.0 or above.
- At least one full lifecycle SAP R/3 implementation experience.
- Ability to analyze functional and technical needs, identifying gaps and alternative solutions.
- Strong knowledge of interfaces between FI and other SAP modules (CO, MM, SD).
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Readsoft and SAP Ariba Commerce Automation.
- Knowledge of SAP S4 Hana.
- Project Management experience in an international environment.

- Location: Primarily working in CET.
- Availability: On-call rotating schedule for major issues outside of IST working hours.
