Salesforce Service Cloud Developer

Emagine is seeking a Salesforce Developer (Sales & Service Cloud) to join a dynamic and growing project environment. This role is open to both junior and mid-level professionals, offering the opportunity to work on scalable Salesforce solutions while developing technical expertise and contributing to business-critical applications.

You will be involved in the design, development, and optimization of Salesforce solutions, supporting both configuration and custom development activities. Depending on your level of experience, you will either grow into the role with guidance or take ownership of more complex developments and integrations. This position requires a collaborative mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Support and implement Salesforce configuration tasks (e.g., page layouts, workflows, automation)

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce (depending on experience level)

• Participate in testing, deployment, and release management activities

• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Administrators, and other stakeholders to refine requirements

• Troubleshoot issues and contribute to performance optimization

• Follow best practices in development, version control, and CI/CD processes

• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the team

You Bring:

• 0–7 years of experience in Salesforce development (junior to mid-level profiles welcome)

• Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud

• Experience or understanding of Apex, SOQL, and Lightning App Builder

• For more experienced profiles: hands-on experience with LWC, API integrations, Git, and CI/CD practices

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

• Good level of English

Nice to Have:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification

• Salesforce Platform Developer II (for mid-level candidates)

• Experience mentoring junior team members

• Exposure to performance optimization and scalable solution design

Location & Eligibility:

• Candidates must be based in Portugal

• Hybrid / on-site role in Porto (Portugal)
