About the Project

We’re running a Salesforce project with a single, common code repository and several different streams. As part of the Salesforce development team, we focus primarily on Service Cloud and Community Cloud, collaborating with the Marketing Cloud, and Mule teams (from the Salesforce portfolio), as well as Java and Frontend teams. Most of the features we build are aimed at enhancing customer processes across various channels, automating tasks, and improving the overall user experience.

From an architectural perspective, Salesforce is one component of the solution, integrating (both synchronously and asynchronously) with Java-based microservices and other internal systems. Each stream is managed by a dedicated, cross-technology team, adhering to principles shared across the Salesforce community within the company.

Daily Tasks:

• Custom LWCs development.
• Sync and async integrations.
• Apex Jobs Creation.
• Utilizing standard Service Cloud and Salesforce platform tools.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

• Experience building integrations with external systems.
• Experience creating LWCs.
• Basic knowledge of Service Cloud and Community Cloud.
• Background in other technologies (Java, .Net) is a plus.
