Project Context
In the context of a rich portfolio of Salesforce products, an opportunity exists for a Salesforce Senior Developer to guide technical activities within a newly established capabilities center. The role is integral to the Marketing, Sales & Service applications, supporting Global Business Units.
We count on you for:
- Maintain existing implementations using Salesforce development skills including Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
- Employ declarative solutions like Flow and Dynamic Forms.
- Transform business requirements into robust Salesforce solutions.
- Design, develop, and support Salesforce solutions using best practices.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Technical Architects and Product Teams to provide estimates and implement solutions.
- Support maintenance teams with Incident Management and technical advisory tasks.
- Conduct technical gap analysis and develop technical design documents for complex solutions.
- Stay abreast of updates from Salesforce’s periodic releases.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related engineering field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Knowledge of development best practices.
- Salesforce development backend and front-end (e.g., Apex).
- Experience with Flows, Dynamic Forms, and Automations.
- Proficiency in general configuration (point-and-click solutions).
- Understanding of release management best practices.
- Familiarity with Salesforce API and data integration tools.
- Experience with core Salesforce modules (e.g., Sales Cloud features).
- Understanding of Scrum agile methodologies.
- Certifications: Platform Developer 2; Advanced Administrator, B2B Commerce or Experience Cloud are a plus.
- Flow Specialist SuperBadge and LWC Specialist SuperBadge are mandatory.
- Strong client-facing written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience with Copado is a plus.
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and Git is an advantage.
