Rollout Manager

PROJECT INFORMATION:

• Industry: Banking

• Work model: hybrid (3/week in Gdańsk/Warsaw)

• Remuneration: 160 PLN/h netto + VAT (B2B)

Summary: The Rollout Manager for NRP is tasked with defining and executing the rollout strategy for cloud migration, ensuring a smooth service transition and operational readiness.

Main Responsibilities:

• Define rollout strategy for the cloud migration program (IT and Business).

• Responsible for rollout execution & release management.

• Manage service transition & secure operational readiness.

• Conduct risk assessment and risk management.

• Plan and coordinate deployments.

• Work from the office 3 days a week, located in Gdańsk or Warsaw.

Key Requirements:

• IT Project management and planning skills (5+ years).

• Experience with application upgrade and data migration projects, including hands-on experience with cutover planning tools.

• Familiarity with incident, problem and change management tools under ITIL framework.

• Understanding of technology solution architecture.

• Knowledge of ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, Helix).

• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle.

• Excellent networking and interpersonal skills.

• Good analytical thinking and attention to detail.

• Accountability, proactivity, and ability to quickly adapt to change.

• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Highly proficient in spoken and written English.

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for implementation events/go-lives.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in banking/finance sectors is an advantage.
