Project Specialist/Coordinator (3-6 years exp.)

Location: Warsaw, hybrid mode (2 days in office, 3 days remote)

Expected Start Date: ASAP

Contract Period: 6 months (+possible extension)

Language Requirement: English B2/C1

Salary: 60-65 zł/h B2B contract

We’re looking for a motivated Project Specialist / Coordinator to join our client’s dynamic team.The ideal candidate will possess foundational experience in project management and strong interpersonal abilities.

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute assigned projects.

• Identify and mitigate project risks.

• Deliver regular follow-ups on task execution.

• Oversee verification and control of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Participate actively in project meetings.

• Engage in professional stakeholder management tailored to project requirements.

• Utilize JIRA for tracking progress on migration projects.

Key Requirements:

• Basic experience in running projects.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Fluency in English.

• Proven ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.

• Goal-oriented mindset with a solutions-focused approach.

• Able to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.
