Remediation Execution Analyst

Summary: The Remediation Execution Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the Remediation Execution Lead by monitoring and tracking remediation activities across various service domains focused on application uplift. This role ensures transparent communication among stakeholders, facilitates timely issue escalation, and maintains project momentum toward achieving deliverables.

Main Responsibilities:

• Tracking remediation progress at the Service Domain Technical Lead level and with nominated Points of Contacts.

• Preparing and facilitating monthly meetings with stakeholders.

• Ensuring all applications receive sufficient progress reports.

• Updating and reporting progress to the reporting team (for SATL/COO) and relevant documentation.

• Maintaining effective communication with business area representatives and monitoring remediation progress.

• Ensuring relevant updates are conveyed to Service Domains.

• Escalating issues and dependencies with the WS2 lead.

Key Requirements:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Proficiency in PowerPoint and basic Excel.

• Experience managing smaller projects.

• Familiarity with kanban boards and tools such as Jira.

Nice to Have:

• Relevant experience in stakeholder management.

• Advanced Excel skills.

• Experience working in a collaborative environment involving multiple teams.
