Release Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Release Manager to join our client’s Execution & Delivery Unit. In this role, you’ll ensure that releases for fraud management systems are planned and executed efficiently, maintaining the highest quality for customers and operations while adhering to internal standards.

You will collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders, including Test Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Operations Teams, and more, to secure safe and successful deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, plan, and maintain release roadmaps for one or more applications.
• Manage and execute multiple parallel releases, including deployment and post-go-live activities.
• Track and oversee changes throughout the release process.
• Lead release decision meetings to secure stakeholder approval for key milestones.
• Organize handover sessions between development and operations teams.
• Enhance release quality and efficiency by introducing new techniques, automation, and DevOps practices.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in IT project management and planning.
• Hands-on experience in release or deployment management (preferably in the banking sector).
• Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management tools under the ITIL framework.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of DevOps practices and continuous integration/deployment processes.
