React Developer

Summary

The React Developer role focuses on building a production-grade React web application designed for an enhanced chat experience, contributing significantly to the project's success.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a production-level chat application using React.

• Implement features to manage complex client-side states effectively.

• Utilize modern design systems like Tailwind CSS, plusshadcn/ui, or Radix UI.

• Leverage AI-assisted coding tools to enhance productivity and application functionality.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure the product meets business requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Strong production experience with React and TypeScript.

• Proven ability to build real-time streaming UIs.

• Experience managing complex client-side state.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Dynamics 365 / Dataverse.

• Knowledge of streaming AI APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, SSE-based LLMs).
