We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team and enhance the QA capability within our service domain. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to ensure our applications meet the highest quality standards. Your expertise will drive improvements in our QA processes, align testing activities with industry best practices, and elevate the overall quality of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing applications within the domain to identify and address gaps in testing processes.
• Understanding and applying the requirements of our internal testing framework.
• Creating and reviewing master test plans to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Documenting test environments and maintaining alignment with best testing standards.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve seamless integration of quality practices.

Requirements:

• Senior experience as a Test Engineer/Architect (+5 years).
• Expert-level knowledge of Test Environment Management – ability to configure, maintain, and optimize test environments to ensure stability and compliance with project requirements.
• Expert-level knowledge of Test Strategy and Test Architecture – experience in defining test strategies, designing testing processes, and implementing best quality assurance practices.
• Expert-level proficiency in Scrum/Agile methodologies – hands-on experience working in Agile teams, strong understanding of the Scrum framework, and agile project management principles.
• Senior-level expertise in Test Data Management – ability to create, manage, and anonymize test data to ensure compliance with regulations and project requirements.
• Advanced knowledge of software testing – strong understanding of testing principles, methodologies, and best practices to ensure high software quality.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a quality assurance specialist with a strong grasp of QA methodologies.
• Proficiency in using modern testing tools and techniques.
• Exceptional ability to draft technical documentation in English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver results.
