We are seeking a highly skilled QA Tester / Test Lead for the implementation of a new Treasury Management System (SaaS platform) for an international organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to manage the complete testing lifecycle, ensuring that all phases from requirements translation to UAT and acceptance activities are executed effectively and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the full testing lifecycle: planning, execution, and reporting.

• Ensure traceability from requirements to test cases to test results.

• Define and maintain comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.

• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) execution.

• Manage defects, retest as necessary, and obtain sign-off.

• Act as the final quality gate before go-live.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience leading a test phase from start to end (key requirement).

• Broad testing competence, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.

• Ability to work comfortably in distributed teams across multiple European countries.

• Experience with test tools such as Jira/Xray or Azure DevOps is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with automated testing frameworks.

• Knowledge of best practices in software quality assurance.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
