Python Tech Lead

The Team consist of 130 professionals who handle IT projects for Polish and international clients. We cover a wide range of tasks from design, development, and implementation to functional specification, data analysis in source systems, defining business requirements, supporting testing, and creating mobile applications. We primarily provide IT consulting services for financial institutions.

We are currently looking for a Python Tech Lead to join our team.

Your future role:

• Design and implement modern solutions and processes.
• Participate in creating high-performance solution architectures.
• Develop project documentation.
• Engage in software deployments and collaborate with users to resolve ongoing issues.
• Present solutions and their implementations to clients.
• Creatively approach solution creation within the project cycle.
• Support junior developers in the team.

Apply if you:

• Have a higher education degree in computer science or a related field.
• Have around 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Possess programming skills in Python and frameworks like Django or Flask (at least 6 years of experience).
• Have experience with relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL or MySQL).
• Demonstrate analytical thinking abilities.
• Can solve technical problems and understand performance issues, algorithms, data structures, and multithreading programming concepts.
• Possess a broad range of technical knowledge.
• Are proficient in English for independent technical documentation and team communication.
• Are familiar with design patterns and their practical application.

Nice to haves:

• Experience in developing web applications and systems for processing large data sets.
• Practical knowledge of frontend technologies.
• Ability to apply various software testing techniques.
• Exposure to Generative AI technologies, including Chatbots, intelligent agents, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
