About the Role 

We are currently looking for a Python Developer with experience in AI technologies to join a dynamic consulting team that delivers modern IT solutions to both Polish and international financial institutions. You’ll play a key leadership role in the design and delivery of scalable software systems, including components powered by Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). 

What You’ll Be Doing 

• Designing and developing modern, scalable backend solutions 
• Shaping architecture for high-performance applications 
• Leading deployments and assisting users with ongoing system issues 
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand needs and present solutions 
• Supporting junior team members and fostering technical growth 
• Preparing clear documentation and specifications for implementations 
• Applying creativity and ownership throughout the entire development lifecycle 

What We’re Looking For 

Must-Have Experience & Skills: 

• University degree in Computer Science or related technical field 
• 6+ years of experience in Python development using frameworks like Django or Flask 
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools and techniques, including: 
• Chatbots, intelligent agents 
• Large Language Models (LLMs) 
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) 
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL preferred) 
• Solid understanding of algorithms, performance tuning, and multithreading concepts 
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills 
• Good command of English for technical communication and documentation 
• Knowledge of software design patterns and their practical use 

Nice to Have: 

• Experience developing web platforms and large-scale data processing systems 
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS) 
• Understanding of various testing methodologies and QA best practices
