The main purpose of this role is to operationalize an AI-enhanced automation framework within the Finance Data and Analytics department of a global banking client. This involves scaling existing pilots to create a standardized approach to automation that enhances efficiency and insights across the department.

Main Responsibilities:

Primary duties include developing Python-based automation pipelines to streamline data processes and monitoring software development lifecycle (SDLC) efficiency. Key responsibilities are:

• Develop Python-based automation pipelines to streamline data ingestion, transformation, and validation.

• Design an AI-driven framework to monitor SDLC processes, predict bottlenecks, and recommend optimization opportunities.

• Define metrics and KPIs to track adoption, efficiency gains, and quality improvements across the department.

• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure scalability and ease of adoption for the framework.

• Build CI/CD pipelines and automated monitoring to support continuous improvement and maintain data security standards.

Key Requirements:

Applicants must meet the following essential qualifications:

• Proficiency in Python programming and development of data pipelines.

• Experience with AI technology integration within automation processes.

• Familiarity with SDLC processes and CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong understanding of data validation and transformation techniques.
