Summary:
This role is a resource request for hiring a Project Manager to accelerate project activities and assist with operational tasks related to Client’s internal processes, supporting the team and the current PM in managing distributed resources.
Main Responsibilities:
Support in the area of Client internal processes.
Ensure that internal processes align with project objectives and company policies.
Support the implementation of internal procedures and best practices.
Assist in planning, monitoring, and executing projects.
Track project progress.
Participate in project meetings and take notes.
Collaborate with development teams, analysts, and testers.
Help resolve issues and remove project roadblocks.
Monitor project risks and report potential threats.
Assist in budget management.
Assist in reports preparation.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in managing IT projects, preferably in a corporate or banking environment.
Experience with cloud or transformation projects related to VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure).
General knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS).
Basic understanding of networking concepts (firewalls, routing, etc.).
Strong project management skills including planning, risk management, and reporting.
Ability to work under strict security requirements.
Strong communication skills to translate technical topics into business language.
Proficiency in PM tools: MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint.
Fluent in English, spoken and written.
Nice to Have:
Experience in infrastructure projects (AD, network, storage).
Knowledge of ITIL processes, especially Change Management.
Experience working with vendors and external suppliers.
Certificates (optional but welcome): PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM.
Experience working in regulated industries (banking, insurance).
