Summary: This role is crucial for executing a strategic program that integrates IT transformation with updates to financial and operational models related to inventory processes. The primary goal is to effectively connect business, finance, and technology while engaging senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Leading a complex transformation program covering IT, finance, and supply chain areas.

• Driving the implementation of system and process changes.

• Managing communication and engagement with senior business stakeholders and executive leadership.

• Overseeing risks, dependencies, and cross-team coordination.

• Supporting organizational and business changes related to inventory management processes.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager leading complex transformation initiatives in large enterprise environments.

• Ability to independently drive end-to-end projects across business, finance, and technology areas.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including cooperation with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Solid understanding of business, financial, operational, and supply chain processes.

• Ability to bridge business and technology perspectives and coordinate multiple dependencies.

• Experience working in fast-paced and demanding environments.

• Relevant project management certification is strongly preferred, ideally PRINCE2 or PMP.

• Previous experience within logistics / supply chain environments is considered a strong advantage.

• Experience with EDI and API integrations is highly desirable.

• Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive initiatives autonomously.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with inventory management processes.

• Familiarity with change management methodologies.

• Knowledge of emerging technologies in supply chain.
