Project Manager (SAP IBP)

On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced freelance Project Manager to drive an end-to-end (E2E) project within Integrated Business Planning (IBP) on SAP. The role focuses on ensuring that the project is managed effectively from start to finish in close collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the project end-to-end and ensure progress, quality and on-time delivery

• Facilitate workshops, planning and decision-making processes across teams

• Estimate, plan and manage scope, time and resources

• Actively manage stakeholders and keep all parties informed and aligned

• Responsible for vendor management and supplier management in collaboration with external parties

• Use the full project management toolbox: risk management, status reporting, governance, change management, etc.

Key Requirements:

• Solid experience as a project manager on E2E projects

• Experience with SAP IBP (preferred) or similar planning solutions

• Strong skills in facilitation and estimating

• Experience with vendor management and supplier handling

• Strong stakeholder management skills

• Fluent in written and spoken Danish

Nice to Have:

• Experience from other planning projects

• Ability to navigate complex organizations

• Knowledge of relevant software tools for project management
