Summary:

The R&D Project Manager plays a vital role in leading and executing research and development initiatives while balancing project scope, timelines, and resources. This position merges project management skills with technical expertise to foster innovative solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.

• Collaborate with Agile development teams to translate business goals into actionable tasks.

• Facilitate the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies.

• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.

• Act as the primary contact point for stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and challenges.

Key Requirements:

• Strong project management expertise.

• Technical knowledge of software development life cycles.

• Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Educational background in Computer Science or a related field.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in R&D or technology sectors.

• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, .NET, Python).

• Relevant certifications (Agile, Scrum, Prince2, etc.).
