Project Manager (AI)

Introduction & Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with over 8 years in driving Artificial Intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess fluency in Azure AI infrastructure and a proven track record of managing end-to-end AI projects, specifically in machine learning and large language models. Proficiency in stakeholder management and conflict resolution in cross-functional teams is essential, alongside a PMP certification or equivalent. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of AI solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will oversee the planning and implementation of AI initiatives within diverse teams.

• Lead the delivery of AI initiatives from discovery through to production deployment.
• Facilitate team collaboration across various functions such as data science, ML/data engineering, and UX.
• Manage project deadlines and implementation timelines effectively.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and resolve conflicts as they arise.
• Monitor post-launch performance of deployed AI solutions.
• Utilize Azure AI services and tools to achieve project goals.
• Ensure compliance with security and legal requirements throughout project life cycle.
• Collaborate with teams to utilize the DataIku platform effectively.

Key Requirements:
The following qualifications are essential for applicants:

• 8+ years of experience in AI project management.
• Fluency in Azure AI infrastructure, including Azure Machine Learning and Azure OpenAI.
• Proven experience in delivering end-to-end AI initiatives.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Experience with DataIku platform.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work in hybrid environments.
• Experience in enterprise-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
